A clear, customer-friendly explanation of how Zlideshow handles event media, guest participation, contact details, and approved public examples.
Zlideshow may collect basic usage information needed to operate and protect the service, such as page visits, browser or device type, general technical logs, and event-page activity. If you contact Zlideshow, we may collect the contact information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, event details, or message. If an event allows guest participation, guests may choose to upload media or submit event content, such as photos, short video clips, captions, messages, survey responses, or other event-related participation content.
Information is used to provide and improve Zlideshow event services, display approved event content, respond to questions, help hosts plan events, support customer communication, maintain security, and troubleshoot technical issues. Guest uploads and messages may be used as part of the event experience when approved or permitted by the event host or Zlideshow team.
Event hosts may ask guests to participate by viewing, uploading, messaging, or sharing event content. Guests should only upload content they have the right to share and that is appropriate for the event. Event hosts and Zlideshow may remove or decline content that is inappropriate, unrelated, or inconsistent with the event experience.
Zlideshow may love to share examples of event experiences, but private event media should only be used publicly with permission. Public demos, sample pages, or promotional examples may use approved event content, staged content, or sample media.
Zlideshow uses reasonable efforts to protect event pages and customer communications. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Event content, contact requests, and technical records may be retained as needed for service delivery, troubleshooting, customer support, legal compliance, and business records.
Questions about privacy or event media can be sent to [email protected]. Zlideshow does not request passwords, financial information, banking information, or personal credentials from guests to view basic event pages.
