Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code and the show opens in their browser. No app, no account, no sign-up. If they can text, they can watch. Browser-only platforms see roughly double the guest participation of app-required ones, which is exactly why we built it this way.
When do we get our photos?
The show is live during your event, usually within the hour. The same night you get a Google Drive link with every photo taken, used and unused, in full resolution. The web show stays up for 60 days, and you can extend hosting for a small fee.
Who owns the photos? Are they private?
You do, completely. Print them, post them, keep them forever. If you want the whole event kept confidential and never used in our marketing, say the word: it is a standing option and we honor it.
